User accounts are created exclusively by system administrators. You may not create accounts for others or share your credentials with any third party.
Accounts may be deactivated at any time by an administrator. Upon termination of your employment or engagement with Alpina Group, your access will be revoked.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes in connection with your role at Alpina Group. You must not:
The Service integrates with Google Drive via the Google Drive API and OAuth 2.0 for document storage. By using features that interact with Google Drive, you acknowledge that:
We use Google APIs in accordance with the Limited Use requirements: data accessed via Google APIs is used only to provide the document storage functionality described in these Terms, and for no other purpose.
You retain ownership of personal data and documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Alpina Group a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the system. You must not enter false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
While we make reasonable efforts to fulfill deletion requests, residual copies of data may remain in backup systems for a limited period consistent with our data retention policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including our obligations under GDPR.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Alpina Group and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent from Alpina Group.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Service to you.
We do not warrant the accuracy of information entered by users. Payroll calculations, document statuses, and appointment data should be verified by authorized personnel before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpina Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your employment or engagement with Alpina Group ends. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the application. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
